Seaside House Mirko island Brač

This old fishing seaside house, is located at the Lučica bay, which lot of sailors consider like one of the 5 most beautiful bays on the Adriatic sea. The property is located 2 km from Milna ,with free parking at 10 m from the house. The undisturbed nature, crystal clear sea,sandy bay,rich with fish ,and all of that in front of your bed, are great prerequisites for a good vacation. The climate on this side of Brac is so mild that it is possible to stay from spring to late autumn.

In the house is possible accommodation for, ideal 8 adult + 3
children(upper bunk bed). House of 100 m2 consists of 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms,two exterior shower, kitchen and balcony terrace. On the spacious terrace there is a large oversized table and a covered stone grill, and a baking oven next to the smart TV and spacious sofa make up the summer living room (20 m2).

*Milna is located on the western coast of the island of Brac and the bay of Lučica is 2 km south of the village and looks out to the island of Hvar.
*From Split you can reach the ferry( if you are comming with car) to Supetar and then drive to Milna 20km
*Private speedboats directly from Split(airport/city) to the Seaside house Mirko. Private speedboat takes about 30min and it can drive 12 people,the host can organizes the private speedboat transfers at reasonable prices.
*Regular line speedboat drives You to Milna .
*Island Brac has airport, 40min from Milna, and taxy car can drive You to the house.
